Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a legend labelling various areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
